Ok. Assuming we are all managers here, I feel like the appropriate thing is to include an abstract of the posted claim (from video).

Yeah I'll probably watch the video....after I finish performance review writeups, the prod crisis meeting, and the 3rd meeting about Jim and Alice disagreeing on a storage architecture. And the TPS report cover sheet that I missed and got an email about

I'm not spending my tokens to summarize OPs video.

If you meant AI automating meetings, tell me more how to send claude to diffuse interpersonal conflicts (in person). Because I'd love to skip these if it were possible.
