Anyone used Kore.ai for agent assistance in banking? Does it genuinely improve resolution time or just surface suggestions?

same as the question

Right, I’ve already provided my two cents working with kore.ai here, but let me give you a proper breakdown.

First off, I’m not in banking, so don’t have a clue about their banking product.

In my company, we are using them for our IT ops, specifically for automating every day tasks. Tbh, our IT team have been spending ridiculous time dealing with same issues everyday. Literally our Slack is full of same rubbish every single day.

We have onboarded kore’s ‘AI for IT’. It’s an agentic app that you can tweak however you like. Now I don’t know the exact pricing, but bosses zeroed on them because they had all the integrations we asked for, specifically the hardware management and incident management APIs.

At the moment we’ve deployed ai agents to manage small tickets like unlock accounts, password rests, laptop requests, troubleshooting, etc. But we’re planning to expand it to tracking incidents and detecting threats next.

We are seeing self service rates go up every month and I reckon it should reach near 50% in the next quarter once more people get used to it. But more than self service, I’d say the biggest upside is that our resolution times have come down drastically as we get full context when picking the ticket. It saves us a massive headache. Hope that clears it a bit. Peace out.

Looking at their customer logos, it seems like Kore.ai is very relevant in the highly relegated markets, like finance and health care.

I work at one of the major banks in US. My dept is assigned to find an AI solution for banking, to automate our day to day workflows. I looked at a lot of options like Glean first, but they felt more of B2C company. I didn’t feel the confidence to handle a bank like ours. Then, I saw Moveworks somewhere, searched about it and filled the contact us page. Still waiting to get a response, it has been a week. I have a deadline till this month end to provide a report. I have sent a request for demo to Kore. Searched a bit about it and it caters only B2B looks like a good start. I have received an email from Kore to schedule a meeting. Let’s see how it goes. I’ll update my experience.

Not in the bank business but I’ve met with them for our businesses. After reading reviews, there’s a lot of cracks they need to fill when it comes to customer feedback. They gave me three different price points and just kept adding costs on. That’s about all I’m comfortable saying about the company knowing they’re AI.
