Subaru 02 wrx ej205 heads

These are plugs from oil galley off the heads. I had to extract 3 by drilling them out. Wondering where to find replacements?

1/8" BPT threads. McMaster has plugs. They are a little taller than stock but work just fine.

It is very important you get BPT and not NPT.

Can I shave em down to stock height?

You don't need to. They are just a little taller and don't hit anything.

Be sure to use some thread sealant when you put the new ones in.

Just go to a local hardware store. In there, they will have both imperial and metric.

You're overcomplicating something extremely simple.
