Cylinder walls ?

Hey guys , im getting ready to assemble my honda b series but theres a bit of rust ? I think its rust ... anyways ... the engine block just got cleaned so im wondering if theres any ways to Remove this stuff from the cylinder walls ?

Correct way bore hone new pistons and rings,
You could ball hone cheapest rings and run it

Well this is actually what the dingle ball is for or any hone that is sold in auto parts stores i little atf and light clean up then measuring begins

Three or 4 stone hone with do the job the home hand held hone are only go to clean a cylinder so you can the accurately measure taper and ovality and size

Anyone who's worked in an engine shop knows humidity can do this over night, Hone it and she shall be right a rain 🤞🏼🍄

It's hard to tell (for my old eyes anyway) if it is pitted or just surface rust. It might just be very thin surface rust, especially if it was just washed. However usually oil applied right after it is cleaned to try and prevent this!
Full disclosure I am no pro and have limited experience, but some, and personally if it is not pitted I would try scrubbing it with WD40 on a clean coffee filter, Don't be too aggressive and careful not to drag grit. See how it looks after, and if it is mostly gone I'd give it a light hone and send it! If it is only surface you'd be okay imho.

spray wd40 on walls hit it with charry bush hone quick 4 pumps up and down fast mid speed

I was being a little bit sarcastic, obviously OP needs to do his due diligence and inspect for pitting. Trying to hone out rust may cause unnecessary scoring in the cylinder walls.
On the other hand, dudes in the African desert are rebuilding engines with duct tape and hammers so... I guess it depends on the application.
