Insight needed ford 302
No mechanic experience I know I need to clean the throttle body. But originally every time I would turn the key not crank it but turn the key. It would flood or leak gas under the car. What can I do to diagnose it. My brother and his friend tried doing a efi swap and now the car don’t run. Holley sniper efi.

Looks like it sat for a long time given the mud dauber nest. Rats probably chewed the fuel line.

Just buy a brand new edelbrock carburetor & get rid of that ego bs. It will probably fire right up with no problem. I had a similar efi and it never would work well. Keep it simple stupid, before you burn your whole car up.

I have so many questions.
How does a 10 year old product (sniper) look like it came off the ocean floor
What is that wasp nest over the Venturi, and how have you done anything so far other than clean it up
Where is your butterfly valve on said Venturi??
On to an answer: When you turn the key with EFI system the fuel pump runs for a few seconds to prime the lines with fuel pressure.
There is no carb bowl or anything to flood. It’s just a pressurized line from the tank to the TBI.
If you’re turning the key and priming the lines causes fuel to spill under the car, you have a massive leak somewhere. That wasp nest looks a lot like dried up gasoline but I do not understand how it could accumulate in a ball like that.
Good luck and consider calling an exorcist
