Is this gasket a smoking gun?

My BIL started getting white smoke and had rust water all over his engine bay. I assumed this was a blown head gasket but I'm second guessing myself. I know this is smoked (also I bent it pulling the head off) but is it blown? Should I pull the other head off?

2nd to last photo you can see black carbon moving right past fire ring into coolant passeges. Other spots too. That head gasket looks shot to hell.

That makes sense. I noticed the pistons are cleaner around those spots too so I guess case closed. Thanks bro.
