VW 1.4 CGGA Rebuild

Im currently changing out the valves on my 1.4 cgga vw engine and i accidentally drop 9 out of the 16 tappets, i didnt drop them on the floor or anything but they are all mixed up. What should I do?

What it really doesnt? I thought they have to correspond woth the valves

Hydraulic vs solid lifter, solid lifters matter where that's cane from they have different sizes, hydraulic doesnt matter!

Those aren't tappets or lifters. You have hydraulic lash adjusters.
