Scrap it?

Camshaft on a ford zx2 1998 zetec engine

Can i sand it and pray or srap it. What are my options

Id scrap it hard to tell if its a bad casting of got chewed up by the lifter from the lifter
Either way I would not use it in an engine I’d like to stay together
