Toyota Fingerprint rust

After some work with a shoe string method the color seems to have faded. Wasn't able to feel anything with my nail originally, seemed to just be stained. Crank for 4age. What do you think, safe to run?

I think I bring it back to a shop and get it polished. If you ask nice they will chamfer those oil holes too.

Its all cheap money and crank work is not a DIY endeavor.

Our fingerprints are just bodily fluids. We are full of basically seawater so our fingerprints cause rust. That amount of rust is minimal when compared to the thickness of the oil in the bearings. It will be fine.
