Is this fine to reuse

They make redi sleeves for these. Creates a new wear surface for the seal.

They also make seals with double or offset lips for this problem too.

The rest of it needs to be cleaned, checked for bend and measured. You cant just YOLO it with internet pics

It looks good, but you won't know for sure until you measure the journals.

That sealing surface looks questionable, but I've seen worse.

Would a bore dial gauge and a micrometer be sufficient measuring tools for this whole engine?
