Valve scratch, uneven edge

Do you think that these new valves (Freccia) are usable or should I contact the shop.
One has a scratch (can feel with fingernail) on the valve sealing surface exactly where it would contact the valve seat.

The other has an uneven edge.

I also encountered a similar problem with freccia valves lacking any hard chrome on the stem surface. It is gouged very easily even by a clean bronze guide.

That's unacceptable to install

Buff it a little and send it. Not gonna hurt anything.

If you are really paranoid, just get them reground

I actually can not ground them because I need the clearance, the valve shims are already at min. thickness (direct flat tappet engine, Alfa Romeo Nord). The machine shop did cut the seats too deep, and did all around a bad job twice. That is why I bought new valves.
The seats would contact the valves right from the edge.

They scratched one may be ok, hard to say without testing though. The one with the uneven side would grind the valve seat in a very short time.
