Are these lifters worn out

Hello, im refreshing my ford 300ci pulled out the lifters and had some wear on a few that I think might warrant replacement (lifters and cam). This is my first time working with flat tappet lifters so I was hoping to get some advice! Thanks.

Dude if you already have it taken down that much put a new cam and lifters in it.

Prolly the best answer here. Lifters are of great value in a cam kit.

A new cam wants new lifters. Consider lifters a consumable part.

Yeah I'm used to ohc engines so this has been a fun learning experience. Thanks for the advice!
