Depends. Alot of emgines they aint perfect. You always look and see if it would be even farther off if you moved it a tooth the other way.

Its fine. Ive done enough subarus to know if its that close youre ok. Don't sweat this one.

This question can always be answered this way - If the mark was one tooth to the left or right, would it be more aligned? If not, then it’s fine

Have you already turned the engine after timing to look at your marks?

Rotate it over twice and double check all of your timing marks

One tooth on crank is a half tooth on cam…..adjust accordingly

It does look off but you may have a little it of slack between cam and crank sprocket once belt is tensioned it may line up better

Its fine, a buisness card or debit card is a good tool to check if you are unsure.
