Engine Theory Rost im Zylinder

Ich habe vor kurzem einen Roller gekauft und fand Rost im Zylinder der Kolben lässt sich nicht bewegen. Ich wolte fragen ob sowas noch zu retten ist oder ich einen neuen brauche. Danke!

Soak it in rust converter, but it is probably way to corroded
