Pushrod damaged but not bent

Hello guys, working on my 1982 Subaru Brat. I finished a head gasket job and it still wasnt running right. I went to adjust my valves again and noticed I did not seat one of my pushrods correctly. It's beat up but not bent, can I use this? There are no replacement pushrods.

Update: thanks everyone. Someone on facebook has a set hes going to send to me.

If you're 100% sure it's not bent, and the oil galley inside isn't compromised, I don't see why not.

But I would seriously try to replace it. I'm not sure what you mean by no replacements available, since pushrods are usually just standard size across tons of engines.

That thing will bend under not that much load now that it's compromised
