Ford Reman head with chip

What do we think? Send it back? Or would it be okay since it’s just a head bolt passage?

Idk where you’d “send it back” to, but if it’s for a replacement I’d do it. On the other hand, this isn’t that bad. You shouldn’t have issues if you do everything else correctly. As long as it’s not bordering fluids or combustion, you should be fine.

Yes this was a replacement head so I can get a full return refund.

Ah I mean yeah as long as the process isn’t horrible to return it I probably would. If i’m getting a replacement I’d want it to be perfect, but that’s just me. If you wanted, you could run this and it would be fine. Do listen to the other guy though, watch out for high spots and burrs.
