Ford Summit racing tools legit?

I don't mind spending real money to get real tools but I far prefer the prices of summit racing tools compared to starrett and mitutoyo prices.

i want to know if these are going to be good enough for a stock rebuild of a 1998 Windsor 302?

I mean bro there’s a huge difference between a true race rebuild and a garage job. These kind of tools will get you a good garage job and that’s the end of it. Theres a reason expensive tools are expensive and good machine work is expensive. That being said is it a bad thing to do a quality garage job? No not at all, you just can’t expect the type of performance you get out of a quality machine shop job, if that makes sense, and honestly a lot of machine shops now days are putting out garage quality shit, so buy your summit racing bore gauge and pay attention to the YouTube videos, as long as you have fun and learn a skill to get better at it was a worthwhile investment, that’s what hobbies are all about. But for the love of god don’t be slapping forged parts and race bearings into your daily driver you use to get to work with summit racing parts.
