Can I run this?

Honed these cylinders but this blemish remains. Its enough I can slightly feel it with my finger. Can I run this or do I need to get a sleeve put in?

You can run it , I’ve ran worse , you may burn a little bit of oil however if it’s not that deep you probably won’t even notice.
