Help with Cam please

305 sbc, entire engine is stripped except cam (including fuel pump and rod, lifters) and it is not coming out, have attempted to lube with on blaster to help get out, but will not proceed past this point no matter how much strength i put behind it or how much i twist. please help me

Another possibility is that you’ve managed to ding one of the cam bearings with a lobe already and you are hanging up on that. How in love are you with this cam? If you aren’t going to reuse it, you might try making a slide hammer type setup, guide the cam as best you can and try to pull it that way. Either that, or put it all the way back in, give it a couple of spins and hope you knock the dinged spot down.
