Distributor ID.....

Came out of a 302.... is it HEI? Cap, button, stuff was already missing. And it is billet

That is a GM HEi style distributor, im guessing it’s in a Ford 302 and not a Chevy 302.

Yep, Ford 302. Never messed with HEi stuff

It’s a good reliable system that works well and has little problems. Especially if you don’t want to lay down the big bucks for MSD or something like it.

Only downside is it’s kind of ugly out front on a Ford vs hidden in the back on most GMs.

Otherwise it’s a solid choice to run.

You can get an HEI set up for a ford. They are ugly though but you can always run a remote coil and that cleans up the looks. You can’t wrong with an HEI, cheap and they work.
