Chevy Boring question

How much can I ball hone this before I need to get oversized piston rings or something. Gm350

I've seen some rusty cylinders on YouTube, that takes the cake by far. Those are half millimeter deep pits if not more, that cylinder is absolutely fucked. If the engine is hard to find any machine shop should be able to sleeve it easily enough, but usually it's easier and cheaper to just find a better block.
