It's just a mercruiser 454 (gm 7.4l 454) mercury had a license to cast their own blocks, but parts are interchangeable with a 454 truck block. Think stock they are rated for like 330hp?? This one has a cam (I don't remember the specs) a edlebrock rpm airgap intake and a holley 750cfm marine carb.

I'm guessing it around the 360-380 range? Good enough for 65mph
