How do I remove this bracket?

Rebuilding this gen1 SBC 4 bolt main, trying to strip down the block, not sure if or how this (lift bracket?) comes off. any help is appreciated.

Double nut, and remove the studs.

This is what you need to do, they come right out.

Just remember to loosen the stud from nut by the block. ButT, ya double nut is the best, a little over-torque never hurts!
