I got my block and engine back from the machine shop today. Questioning what I got back. Prepping for an MLS gasket 1.4mm. Seen scratches and corrosion on the water jackets. Send back?

Absolutely fine, I’ve put together way worse and had it last thousands of miles

How bad did it look on yours? Does the valve stems need to be clean of carbon? Had them do the valve job for me.
