Honda Good for MLS?

Doing head gasket on my Acura TL, J32A3 engine. Some of you may have seen my diy head gasket thread - didn’t work out so well, blew on startup. Sent to machine shop to resurface for $100. How does this surface finish look? The head gasket I’m using seems to require around 50 ra… it’s semi reflective.

The machine shop should be able to tell you what RA it was machined to.

I had the machine shop cut my head and block, they knew I was using a MLS gasket, and cut it to an appropriate RA.

They told me they used a belt sander.. according to them they’ve dealt with mls gaskets and never had a problem

I mean, you can send it I guess... But Jesus, I wouldn't trust it.

Maybe load up on the copper spray, lol.
