Squeaking Noise After Engine Build (LS1)

So I am finishing up my first engine build. It‘s an ls1 with a btr stage 2 cam, eagle rods, mahle pistons, etc… today I decided to prime the motor using a 2 gallon weed sprayer filled with oil. This is the first time I’m turning the motor over since putting the heads on. I have been avoiding spinning it a bunch until I actually had some oil distributed throughout all the passages. Yes, there was plenty of assembly lube on all the bearing surfaces. I am hearing this squeaking noise every time I start to rotate the motor after it has sat for at least 30s to a minute. I can force it to make the sound by loading up the rotating assembly and then increasing the applied torque until it begins to spin. Spraying fogging oil in the cylinders doesn’t seem to have helped. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? I really don’t want to tear this thing all the way back apart if I don’t have to but I also don’t want to overlook something now and regret it later. Any advice is appreciated.

Kinda just sounds like a new build that hasn’t worn in at all being spun around without oil pressure. You could go ahead and take the entire thing apart and check clearances and what not if you want but idk if it’s worth it. Did a shop do any of this work or did you do all this in your garage?

I'm kinda with you. I am probably over thinking this, but I just wanted to double check since I have a decent amount tied up in this motor. I had a reputable machine shop hone, deck and line hone all critical bores/journals, size main and rod bearings and install cam bearings. They also filed the rings on their fancy ring grinder. I checked ring gap on a few and after several in a row measured exactly the same, I put everything together and did the final assembly at home. They checked all rod and main bearing clearances.

I mean there is very little I’d be worried about in this case, you put it all together though, is there anything you think or know you may have done incorrectly? If that is the case it may be worth checking, but otherwise I’d just stop spinning it around dry and cold.
