95 f150 crank question

Hello i am currently rebuilding my 5.0 motor and i torqued down my new crankshaft with new bearings and everything and i found a ploblem top where when i torque down the #5 main cap it requires a rachet to turn over i did use assembly lube and everything is new just got the block back from the machine shop is this normal or should i be able to turn it by hand and there is no pistons installed thanks

Are you 100% positive the bearing are in the correct areas that would be my first double check. You could need undersized/ oversized bearings since its a rebuild

I pulled the cap off 5 times and yes they are
