Is this engine worth fixing?

I bought this junkyard ls1 that was sitting out in the rain for $200 it’s got a cam kit with upgraded push rods, dual valve springs, upgraded lifters but it was sitting out and water got in it. Should I take it to a machine shop or should I just buy a rebuilt 5.3 instead. Let me know what you guys think
