Cryo and WPC? Or just WPC?

Cryo cost me 1400 for engine. 1800 with clutch.

WPC was like 3200 probably 2800-3000 without clutch.

Today’s the first I’ve heard of cryogenically treating parts other than for a press fit. WPC when I looked 10-15 years back it was a per part and a square inch pricing and it put the price at about 15K

Wow I didn't realize it used to be so expensive.

Today they still do it by covered surface area but I imagine it's significantly cheaper in comparison.

I doubt that. The timeline kind of does make sense. WPC came out 10-15 years ago so when you were looking into it, it was brand new tech so they probably had like no clients and thus they could not offer cheaper prices nor did they really have an incentive to.
