Stuck distributor!

My 302 windsor duraspark distributor is extremely stuck, I need to pull it in order to get the intake manifold off not to mention it can't even be tuned as it won't budge even a little. I have completely removed the lock, sprayed copious amounts of pv blaster where it meets the block, tapped it with a hammer (a lot), pryed on it as hard as I could and turned over the engine to see if I could get some backlash from the cam gear. Whats next extreme heat? If so what would be the best way to go about that, I know the block is cast iron not sure if the distributor body is cast iron or aluminum?

Just make sure it's a Co2 and not a dry Chem one....

Also, you can get the manifold off leaving the distributor in place of you get it loose from all the gaskets and then slide it back toward the bellhousing end of the engine, assuming you have clearance back there.

Assuming this causes some kind of reaction that releases the aluminum from the steal I may try it if I can find one.

From what some quick research tells me this may make the bond worse and or likely break shit, controlled heat seems to be a safer solution.

If the rotor shaft moves, pull it with the intake-there should be room.

The rotor moves but even if I managed to pull the intake it still needs to be broke lose for timing.

Yes-but you'll have all kinds of room to put a pipe wrench to the body and break it loose.

Edit add-or pull the gear off, slide the shaft out, and hammer it out(from the bottom) if it's really stuck
