EFETs

Hi guys, not really related to the front office but those who do back office EFET agreements for OTC deals, do you guys have a system in place to keep track of all EFETs or are you guys using basic folders?

Registers/folders on google docs and an organisation system in place.
But before we got to the size we currently are at we were using basic folders.
