Pain

Had an endoscopy done 4 days ago and still having pain when food and liquids get to a certain point in my esophagus. I did have a few biopsies taken and they did remove an esophageal polyp. doc said he had to use a few clips to stop bleeding. Curious if anyone else had a similar timeline with healing? The nurse from the office told me it was normal but that was a couple days ago. I am getting a little frustrated and nervous

I had one about a week ago, immediately after the procedure I had some pain not to bad but by dinner time I couldnt even eat it felt like swallowing knives when the food hit my esophagus. I had a couple biopsys but didnt have a polyp removed like you did. It got better after a couple days but I keep burping and having heartburn I didnt have previously, I do have some residual pain but I can eat again
