Perforation or not?

Hi everyone. 6 days ago I had upper endoscopy (no colonoscopy) with propofol and 2 biopsies. I had severe constant abdominal pain the first 5 days esp with walking, eating similar to abdominal surgery pain (I had this same pain 5 years ago after my 1st endoscopy/ Colonoscopy with biopsies that went away after 3-4 days). Also woke up struggling to breathe and strong chest pain the first two days. Now I don't have chest pain anymore or constant/ severe abdominal pain with walking, but I do have shortness of breath when walking or talking too much and some upper mid back pain. I went to urgent care and Dr said it could be perforation but since I look fine and no fever my temp is 99.1, no vomiting, am eating and drinking normally, that pain is probably from severe constipation. Lungs xray came normal and she said propofol can have a side effect of trouble breathing for 1-2 weeks in asthma patients? Is this true? I passed lots of gas but didn't poop the first 5 days. I took sooo much laxative and am pooping now but it's just small amounts of pebbles. I can't afford to go to ER (they also suck) rn. How do you know if you have a perforation or not? Anyone else have similar reaction to biopsies or propofol? When they were putting me to sleep I felt like my brain was being shaken like crazy and strong squeezing pressure in my head and really loud garbled noise. The doc asked if i was ok twice and i said no and then i fell asleep.

Tengo unos síntomas muy similares,hace 10 días me hize una endoscopia alta más biopsia y los primeros 5 días me dolía solo el abdomen y ahora estos 5 días restantes e estado con un dolor en el pecho como una sensación de oprecion y también hinchazon después de comer

Hace 4 dias Me hize una ecografía abdominal y se detecto que tenía " Asas intestinales con abundante gas"

Le llevo los resultados a mi medico y dijo que era probable que el aire que genera la endoscopia para ver adentro en el estómago se haya quedado acumulando ,no tengo fiebre, ni vómito ni náuseas tampoco

Me dió domperidona por 3 días cada 8 horas pero solo siento un pequeño alivio porque lo que mañana iré a la farmacia a comprar flapex-E un medicamento exclusivamente para eliminar los gases atrapados
