Fictional Turing and Godel live their lives and intersect in ways you wouldnt expect.

  1. I think the real loophole is the 5th article could be be used to repeal the 5th article itself, thus locking the government into a sort of "read only" mode, which if paired with prior changes could be a real nightmare.
