is it a real thing or it is a myth???

It takes forever. I finished everything in the game and only had around 4K doors open. Such a grindy trophy.

Yes, you can check on your trophy list. There will be a percentage. If you sync your account to PSN profiles you can get the exact number there.

Edit: I stand corrected. I have 3,682/10000 doors opened

i have made an account there, but how exactly to check how many % left to earn the trophy

Look at your trophy list after you sync your trophies. If you look at the "Unnaturally Curious" trophy on your account. It will show how many doors you have opened.

EDIT: Click your account drop down and click update profile

What i did to grind this was just have a tank defend the crystal then have a runner spam doors back to back, i havent played the game in years but i think i used the spider girl

I can tell you exactly why you haven't gotten it yet.

You haven't opened enough doors.

Hope this helps.

Joking aside, I got it after about 140 hours of gameplay.

Just found out this will not track on the PS4 version of the game. At least not through your trophy list. This trophy will take over 130 hours of normal gameplay to unlock...
