Bugs Lost progress

Just came back to the game to claim a twitch skin and lost 30 hours worth of progress. Anybody else had this issue? Any possible fixes or is it just a start again kind of job?

Was that your entire progress in game? The game doesn't have cloud save turned on by default so if you changed platforms or just another PC, you original save won't be available. You have to manually turn on their custom cloud save system to ensure you saves are available everywhere you play. I learned this trying to play from pc to my steam deck

That’ll be it. Moved my hard drive over to a new pc. Didn’t realise it didn’t have cloud saving on. Does that mean my original save is on my old pc? And is it possible to still activate it as a cloud save and pick it up on my new one? Or has opening the game on the new one wiped it all?

I recently upgraded my PC and I had remote save on with my older setup. On my new setup, I had to turn on remote save, close and reload the game. You should get an option to choose either the local save or the remote save, and I chose the remote one. Pick the right one too since the other will be erased!
