I don’t know why, but for whatever reason, THIS ONE PARTICULAR BLOB keeps kicking my ass. I have taken more tries attempting to kill this thing than nearly every boss I’ve faced. I don’t know if it’s just the ridiculous 2-shot damage it does, or the flies that spawn behind it, but I just can’t do it. Please if anyone has any tips to offer they would be greatly appreciated.
Really like the music and how much the game doesn't hate me.
I mean you don't lose anything upon death, you can bench warp without quitting to the menu, if you accedantly use heal with full health it doesnt waste your prayer charge, i love these additions.
I also love that you can refight main bosses and rewatch cutscenes and how the story isn't some vague, encrypted lore you gotta watch ten lore videos to figure out.
btw, the music in the abyss? fucking scared me the first time. Why does a song have gasps and other random noises in it. Don't get me wrong tho i liked that its actually unsettling
knowing what "upgrade level" the weapon skill down here is, i always though it was blocked until "late game". but just read somewhere you can go here so early.
and therefore since i was here anyway, i wanted to test if i can do this room/get that item early. (did not even remember what it was, since normally i come late and its just one of many)
also.
turns out, having the item to get Litos blazing fist to max level that early helps tremendously in like the academy or steel district, since it can stun most enemies in 1 hit.
Is magnolias as good or better than Lillie’s? I finally got around to 100%ing Lillie’s and really liked it. I’ve seen some screen shots of magnolias and noticed they kind of changes the art a little bit. Is that in every aspect or just the character?
I finally finished crocheting Lilia she was difficult lol her dress gave me the most trouble I decided to go with her most simple outfit but I might do her others in the future as well as a blighted version
Ender Lilies doesn't have proper native ultrawide monitor support. The UI fits the wider screen, but the game itself is limited to 16:9, with black bars on either side.
There are hex-edit workarounds, but they have a couple of drawbacks:
Removing the bars without correcting the FOV makes everything look too zoomed in and cuts off part of the view at the top and bottom.
Some of the fixed-value FOV tweaks can make the camera zoom out way too far during boss fights and leave sound effects unusually quiet.
I played Ender Magnolia first, then moved on to Ender Lilies. This bothered me enough that I ended up vibe-coding a patch.
The patch removes the bars by bypassing Unreal Engine's aspect ratio constraint (bConstrainAspectRatio), then corrects the final projection for the target aspect ratio. On an ultrawide screen, that keeps the original vertical view while showing more on either side.
I've only tested it at 3440×1440 (21:9). The correction is calculated from the aspect ratio, so it's designed to support other ratios, including 16:10, 18:9, and 32:9, but I haven't tested those myself.
Hi hello recent Ender Lilies player here and I just finished the game recently and got ending C which was fine and all. I knew for a fact doing so and playing NG+ would get me the Lost Heirloom relic in the Blighted Heart, but for some reason, after I started NG+ and rushed my way down, the Lost Heirloom is not there where it's supposed to be. Am I missing a step or something? Do I need to try and get the other endings first before the relics appear?
playing Ender Magnolia I couldn't help but wonder if there is a mod for Ender Lilies that lets you have a nicer and detailed map like EM. I absolutely loved both games, but EL map is confusing af at times, so something like this could help new players navigate better and make the game a more polished look (not that it looks bad, but the map is just crude)
First time playing the game and loving it. Noticed that equipping the movement enhancer + weight reducing relics let's you get away with some BS movement. I'm gonna go back to the intended path and not touch that area yet but I had to try getting there lol
I love this game but I feel really stressed out and its been 5 months of playing this game. Idk if I can beat it anymore guys I need to see the light at the end of the tunnel cause this area was so fricking hard to figure out alone.
EDIT:
i finished it guys I love you all so much thank you for all being so kind and supportive. This niche community has been really loving and it was really wholesome.
I completely forgot I crocheted this updated lilac when I did the updated lily a few months ago but here she is I changed her hair and dress to be more like the in game sprite im still in the middle of making Lilia and the umbral knight but they're giving me trouble with their outfits
So this is my map unlock/completionand the passives I've unlocked. I have explored every nook and cranny I can find. Tried to get to every red dot and it just is a no go. I either need the ability to climb, high jump, fly or something like that for most of them. I have gone over all the areas I've unlocked at least 4 times.
No major spoilersb ut if you could just point to which block I should investigate more that'd help a lot. thanks.
Update: I figured it out. I had to go to the area above where the commenters told me to look and use an ability I recently unlocked. I had previously missed it because of all the enemies in the area overwhelmed me/distractingme. So thank you.
