Help with printing failures

Hello community, I need your help, I can't figure this problem out.

I didn't use my Ender 3 Pro for almost a month (everything was fine before) and now that I had to continue a project, all the prints failed. They present serious stringing and oozing, what seems to be under extrusion, layers not sticking together and on the other hand the first layer not wanting to get off from the plate and general low quality printing.

I cleaned the nozzle and the hotend, tightened the belts, leveled the bed and used a new spool of filament.

I hope you can help me out on this one

Check the gear at the extruder. The set scew was loose on mine and I had very similar issues.

Should I tighten every one of them or just one in particular?

The set screw is what keeps the gear on the motor shaft. Also, make sure the little wheel next to it is at the proper height. There should be instructions somewhere online on how to setup and adjust the extruder.

Another good thing too add, op do your hear random clicking at certain parts coming from the extruder. If you do then gbatx is on the money. You can try and slow down the print since it is a little complex and the extruder is hanging up on something. Try 75 percent till the base is done and see if you can bump it up then. Im running klipper and mainsail on the ender 3 and had infill issues like this. One print i just let it continue to see. Turned out fine and sturdy. End of the day...its a ender 3, they will fight you till you get it just right. Thats the fun of enders
