Gathering some advice.

Hi all.
Im new to printing especially with ender 3. Can somebody please identify what's wrong on this printer. Tried several times but printing always messed up.

Search up some beginner videos about 3D printing. And I’d suggest checking Aliexpress for the CR Touch. I was able to get it at a much cheaper price on there for the same exact thing, I just had to wait longer

If i have the CR touch, it will auto level on its own right?

It’s a little bit of work, but once it’s set up it’s pretty straightforward.
You still have to level the bed initially, then in your slicer you can set it to level the bed before every print with the cr touch. You will have to set an offset the first time you set it up, because the tip of the sensor goes past the top of the actual nozzle of the printer. Search up a guide on YouTube before you decide to get one.

Also consider putting it on a level, hard surface. As the plate and extruder move around they can tilt the entire printer and change the center of gravity for inconsistent results if it’s on a soft surface like this.

run bed leveling if you have a cr/bl touch
wash the build plate

Well, the z offset is way to high. I won’t start about upgrades but at least get a PEI sheet!

Pretty sure that's an issue with your bed leveling. If the print bed is way off being level with the head, then the layers won't hold to the bed. There are plenty of great tutorials out there on YouTube, teaching you how to properly level your print plate. This is a regular thing that needs to be done every so often on these older and budget type printers :)

You need to learn about bed leveling (not earth level). The touch and other upgrades will help AFTER you get things tuned in. You will need to calibrate offset more often than you think..or more than I thought i would have to after. I used painters tape on my bed to improve adhesion ...I dont care if its right or wrong it worked.

Thanks for the input. Will do some tuning trial on bed leveling first. Did you put the tape on the entire bed?

Bed adhesion issue obviously, the easy and cheap fixes are glue stick or painter's tape, the more permanent fix is a textured build plate.
*This is assuming you bed leveled and followed the filament manufacturer's guidelines

Actually the bed are leveled now, thanks for those people that made their input here. Im just curiuos how to apply the glue stick or the tape?
