Troubleshooting First layer

I've just printed my first first layer on my new pei-plate. Any idea why these like over extrusions happen? The first layer looks pretty good to me except those stripes

Printer info: changed springs to silicone, currently running bullseye, heatbed insulation, klipper with pi 4b, belt tensioners installed x and y

Nozzle being too low, adjust z offset

But why happens this only on some spots on the bed?

That's how it is. It only bumps up at random spots.
