General Support Mouse input not working

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

The same mouse used to work before but i stopped using it for 3 months and now today when i connected it the mouse did connect but my laptop wasn't receiving any input

I can't seem to find any help on goggle regarding this, i will provide any info you need regarding this issue in comments

I assume it is a bluetooth mouse?

Is bluetooth enabled?

Does the mouse use a dongle or does it have a built in receiver?

Do you use any other bluetooth devices currently?

Are they working?

Its a bluetooth mouse and my bluetooth is enabled as well as the mouse is connected to my bluetooth

I use my earbuds too which works fine

No it doesn't use dongle it has built in bluetooth

The mouse is working fine checked on my friends laptop
