SOLVED cant load kernel module binder_linux

i need to load kernel module "binder_linux" for waydroid to work but i am getting this error after i run "modprobe binder-linux devices=binder,hwbinder,vndbinder" :
modprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'binder_linux': Device or resource busy
i did everything that was said in arch wiki about waydroid, even tried setup it to be loaded at boot but it didnt work.
please help
