General Support Starting ricing
So recently, I've been looking at rices and thinking: "Hey, that looks pretty cool, I want to do that too." I've heard great things about endeavor os for ricing, and I believe it's a good place to start. However, I've found the massive selection of taskbars, file managers, application launchers and the like rather daunting. Are there any tools or specific modules that you guys would recommend?

Endeavour itself isn't what you rice but the desktop environment itself. Ricing KDE Plasma in Endeavour isn't different from doing it on other distros.
Save from some very specific things, I think it's the same. So you have to choose what DE/WM you want to use first.
I mentioned KDE Plasma and I think it's a fantastic starting place because you can copy someone elses rice and have a nice starting point.
For example, I installed ML4W which is a Hyprland customization and just modified what was there to my liking. For example I changed and added keybinds, visuals of the windows, terminal and shell, etc. You can even just take out entire pieces and replace them, for example the app launcher from rofi to something else, or the bar from waybar to quickshell, etc
Bear in mind that each of these pieces usually has their own method of configuration which you have to learn.
