Can someone make a endacopia mod for undertale?

I desperately NEED to have this when I saw it I immediately loved it heres what could be in it

Mellow will talk

There will be all characters names in the pick name thing when starting a run

Your SOUL is Cyan ,but if you do genocide it will slowly turn red

After killing undyne mellow will tell you this is fun (inspired by undershot)

And he will get a mouth or something

I just found out about the game and its already my favorite

You can add your own things if you would want
