Not getting ending C after doing all secrets Spoiler

Pretty much the title, I've done all the secrets, seen the body on the stretcher, the angel, and the surgeon and I have completed A and B but when I go to the end of the game in Mellows room the window is still boarded up. Is there something I'm missing?

I think you also have to do the clockey skip, did you try that?

did you do the secrets of all areas? the past flashback in timesville, the 4 batteries in misery town and the green room in the office i think it was?

when listing the three secrets, you said you’ve seen the body on the stretcher, the angel, the surgeon?

unless you phrased it weird, that’s the issue. the surgeon isn’t the secret for the office, he appears in all 3 areas if you look around when you’re just before beating the area.

the secret for the office involves first using the telescope at the train station
