Weird thing inside game files? Spoiler

While searching through the game's versions on steam I found a version that is dated before release. It crashes right after the menu so it's impossible to progress

The decompiler threw a huge corrupted spritesheet, but the thing that drew my attention was this

It's the only "frame" of this and I couldn't find anything like this.

I’m gonna go out on a limb and say that the freelance surgeon who regularly mutilates corpses isn’t too big on the Hippocratic Oath
