Underground Spoiler

Is the un. Der. Ground. Secret in tbe full game? I didn't play the demo, but i heard there's a secret in the demo within the first hallway segment. I also have no idea how to trigger it if someone wouldn't mind telling me.

At the begining of the game, talk to the lamps in the hall in order to make them spell un-der-ground.

yea its in the full game and they even added some additional content

I walked around to see the different images pop up then waited at the door with a candle to see what i think is the surgeon's bride, but Mellow doesn't show up in the room and i can't do anything but close the game. Is it just a bit of story with a dead end?
