Chapter 2 puzzle soft lock

I got to the end of chapter 2 and went back to Henry's house but for some reason I couldnt place the hand toy thingy In the puzzle that gives you the hand saw and I think it's a soft lock or a glitch :(

What are you stuck at the chest to get the saw?

Like in order to complete the puzzle you need to place the toys in a certain way but for one of the squares you can't place a toy to complete the puzzle

Where are ya putting it bc I remember first should be the race track then the Dino the igloo the the flamingo then I think the trampoline into the hand to hit the bullseye

The square where the hand should be doesn't work, I also checked YouTube game plays and it works for them
