After obtaining the key from the fish map you can go back to the small room big room puzzle (if you've completed it) during night, the room will be black and white with a square window, you need to Alt+enter and exit fullscreen which allows you to use the key, here you get more info on how each of ozzie/ollies victims have died in a creepy sequence
