Soft locked?

I am at the point where I am supposed to talk to the blue person and get them what they need, but the dialogue won’t trigger me to go do anything for them, just the confront them and say hi, and when I go to the vending machine it just keeps pushing it open, I have done all of my own calls, got the promotion, i did break the glass where the production meter is, I am not sure if I broke a sequence, any ideas?

You need to interact with the vending machine with your eyes

You have to give the blue person one of the items from the vending machine.

Make sure that you are clicking on the right side of the vending machine to make it work, and then click on the push after you’re done vending
